Decreto No. 12/026.- Modifícase la definición de Gran Consumidor del art. 7 del Reglamento General del Marco Regulatorio del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional, aprobado por el Decreto 276/002, de fecha 28 de junio de 2002, y modifícanse los arts. 53 y 88 del Decreto 360/002, de fecha 11 de setiembre de 2002, que aprobó el Reglamento del Mercado Mayorista de Energía Eléctrica
